Job Summary
Oversee daily operations as Team Leader at La La Land Kind Cafe, supervise team members to ensure efficient shifts, coach performance, address customer inquiries and resolve complaints, ensure policy compliance and safety standards, assist inventory management and training, schedule planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain a clean, organized work environment, support marketing/promotions, participate in team meetings, and act as a liaison between staff and management. Requires the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced cafe setting with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and sanitation knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends
- Food handler certification
