Team Lead - Cabinet Doors

Lead and support a production team in daily cabinet door manufacturing operations, ensuring work orders, production schedules, and standard operating procedures are followed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by enforcing safety policies, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements. Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency to meet or exceed goals while assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and adjusting priorities as needed. Conduct routine quality checks to ensure doors meet specifications and serve as the first point of contact for production, quality, and personnel issues. Train, coach, and mentor team members on job tasks, safety practices, and quality expectations. Assist with machine operation, setup, and troubleshooting, and communicate production status, material needs, and issues to supervisors. Participate in performance feedback and attendance tracking, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
