Job Summary
Lead and coach a high-performance Business Development team across Europe to win new customers, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, manage forecasting and performance, and collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers. Strong B2B new-business sales experience, proven deal-closing track record, and leadership of sales teams. Fluent English required; other languages an asset. Travel up to ~60% depending on region/customer footprint. International environment with significant market exposure and opportunity to shape a winning sales team.
