Job Summary
Organize shift schedules, monitor attendance, and assign duties based on employee skills while supervising team members and managing conflicts. Train current and new staff on tasks, handle customer issues, and balance cash drawers for deposits. Greet customers, explain wash services, process payments, and direct vehicles into the express tunnel ensuring safety protocols are followed. Perform facility cleaning, inspect vehicles before washing, and maintain equipment like hoses and nozzles. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in outdoor conditions with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
