Job Summary
The Team Lead will oversee and develop a team of baristas in a fast-paced Scooter’s Coffee location, performing leadership training, hiring, scheduling, and coaching to delegate tasks, manage administrative duties, and drive store performance. Responsibilities include training a team, scheduling, supervising daily operations, and understanding and managing financial metrics while maintaining a positive culture among staff and customers. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to motivate the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Must have a positive and professional demeanor and the ability to convey a positive "team spirit" amongst the staff
- Must have the ability to clearly communicate
- Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties
- Prior Scooter’s Management or Barista experience is not required
