Job Summary
Team Lead needed in Celina, OH to support and train direct care staff in Our Supported Living homes, ensuring quality of services and health and safety for individuals served. Responsibilities include developing and managing schedules, ensuring homes are safe and well-maintained, collecting and managing financial information, implementing Active Treatment per ISP, monitoring healthcare needs, coordinating safety drills, and attending client conferences and frequent meetings. Must be available 24/7 except day/weekend off and participate in ongoing duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
