Lead the shift from open to close by guiding and motivating your team through every rush. Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately while delivering standout guest service and resolving issues in the moment. Run pre-shift huddles to keep communication clear, train and support new team members, and hold the shop to its standards when the store manager or assistant manager is out. Keep shifts running smoothly and step up when it counts. Earn $21-25 including tips with flexible schedules for nights and weekends.
