Job Summary
Lead the shift from open to close by making decisions, guiding the team through rushes, and handling cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately. Deliver standout guest service, resolve issues in the moment, run pre-shift huddles, and train new team members. Hold the shop to its standards when the store manager or assistant manager is out to keep shifts running smoothly. Pay rate is $20-24 including tips with flexible schedules for nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Be the decision-maker on shift -- own it from open to close
- Guide, motivate, and support your team through every rush
- Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately
