Job Summary
Lead the shift from open to close by making key decisions, guiding and motivating your team through rushes, and handling cash and daily operations accurately. Deliver standout guest service, resolve issues in the moment, and run pre-shift huddles to keep communication clear. Train and support new team members while holding the shop to its standards when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is out. Maintain smooth shift operations and step up when it counts. Flexible schedules include nights and weekends. Competitive pay ranges from $19-24 including tips.
