Job Summary
A Team Lead manages a team of 6-10 engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions and services. Responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, mentoring staff, ensuring alignment with company policies, collaborating with different engineering leads, and managing project delivery. Ideal candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Java, and experience with agile methodologies. Key capabilities include strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills, alongside a self-motivated and action-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java 8 or higher, Java 11 or higher preferred
- Competency in Spring and Spring Boot
- Experience in code versioning tools, preferably Git
- Experience in Test Automation (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)
- Working knowledge in RESTful API Development
- Effective Communication
- Experience in People & Stakeholder management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, JPA, Hibernate, etc.
- Working knowledge in Microservices Architecture, Containerization, and Orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD platforms, preferably Azure DevOps, and build tools such as Maven
- An Agile mindset
