Job Summary
Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales while handling complex transactions and situations. Provide expertise in shipping, receiving, and cashier duties, and assist managers in conducting formal onboarding and training programs for associates. Support loss prevention efforts through proactive customer service and coordinate the work of other associates, potentially holding key cards. Requires a high school diploma, three years of retail experience, and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office. Schedule includes weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
