Job Summary
Lead and coordinate automation projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring cost, time, and resource efficiency while managing cross-functional teams and suppliers. Develop and implement automation concepts for process plants, including retrofits, and plan new installations by creating specifications and load sheets. Analyze system errors, maintain control systems, and continuously improve operations to ensure smooth business continuity. Produce technical documentation and functional descriptions for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with customers on requirements and control room layouts.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen (Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik), Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Automatisierungssystemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Projektierung und Konfiguration von Automatisierungssystemen sowie mindestens eine Spezialisierung (Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, Emerson Delta V) oder einem vergleichbaren System
- Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Zulieferanten und Kunden
- Leadership-Erfahrung
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und zum Erwerb neuer Kenntnisse in der Prozessautomatisierung
- Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Koordination von Automatisierungsprojekten
- Expertise in der Projektierung und Konfiguration von Automatisierungssystemen
- Bereitschaft zur mobilen Arbeit
Desired Qualifications
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Verfahrenstechnische Kenntnisse von kontinuierlichen oder Batch-Prozessen
