Job Summary
Team Lead Apparel directs department associates in merchandising, inventory, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service; assists GSM/DM with staffing, interviewing, training, and scheduling; maintains plan-o-grams and executes corporate directives; conducts product demos, coordinates events, and coaches staff to deliver a legendary customer experience; supports achievement of sales, gross margin, and payroll goals; ensures pricing and UPC integrity and maintains strong product knowledge across assigned department.
