Team Lead

Team Lead will oversee a minister team in a ministry-based call center setting, providing direct oversight, coaching, and training to ministers on phone and written communications. Responsibilities include assisting the Shift Lead to maintain a positive work environment, leading team and shift meetings, providing performance feedback and quality control, identifying learning needs and coordinating resources with Training, handling disciplinary documentation, managing schedules and booth adherence, providing technical setup and support for ministers, communicating with staff per the leadership model, aligning the team with the ministry's vision, monitoring callers and making placement recommendations to balance ministry priorities, and stepping in as Acting Shift Lead when required. The role requires strong leadership and coaching abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, confidentiality, proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, and a background in customer service within a ministry/communication services context. Education requirement is High School diploma or equivalent; Charis Bible College affiliation is preferred. Must pass all required checks and demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sign the Statement of Faith. Benefits are offered for full-time employees.
