Team Lead - AI Security for Coding Agents

Job Summary
Lead a hands-on, full-stack engineering team focused on securing AI coding agents and autonomous development workflows. Own the entire product area including strategy, architecture, roadmap execution, quality, customer adoption, and continuous iteration. Design and build production-grade capabilities spanning AWS & Kubernetes infrastructure, backend services, real-time policy and enforcement engines, rich APIs/integrations, and intuitive UI/UX. Partner closely with Product, Design, Sales Engineering, and customers to stay ahead of emerging AI risks and developer needs. Set a high bar for engineering quality, ownership mindset, fast delivery, and product thinking across the team. Help shape how the industry solves the challenge of letting AI agents move at incredible speed without compromising security or governance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years leading full-stack engineering teams
- 5+ years of strong full-stack software engineering experience
- Deep expertise across AWS, Kubernetes, backend services, APIs, databases, and modern frontend/UI development
- Strong backend skills in Python, Node.js, Go, or similar languages
- Proven track record owning complex product domains from initial design through production and ongoing evolution
- Excellent product intuition and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, field teams, and customers
- Genuine curiosity about AI coding agents, modern developer workflows, and the future of AI-assisted software engineering
