Job Summary
Team Lead for After Hours Logistics Support. Leads evening and overnight logistics operations, oversees dispatch, routing, and issue escalation; builds relationships with team, customers, and carrier partners; troubleshoots delivery challenges and delays; tracks pickup/delivery timelines; handles inbound communications; provides direction and maintains performance standards to ensure continuity when daytime leadership is offline. Focused on reliability and consistency during off-peak hours, with opportunities to grow within a high-growth logistics provider. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-4 years of logistics/transportation experience valued; drayage/port experience a plus. Competitive salary and advancement opportunities offered.
Required Qualifications
