Job Summary
Team Lead for Advanced Solutions responsible for developing and overseeing a group of partner companies delivering services to customers. Oversees Vendor Partner Programs including recruitment, adherence monitoring, partner requests handling, training and enablement, and connecting partners to engagement opportunities. Drives partner programs with the sales team to recruit new partners, lead sales executives in channel management to grow revenue, maintains renewal rates and knowledge of product and program details, and builds relationships with key partner accounts (C-Level, principals, stakeholders). Manages program transformation and monitors partner success and overall program effectiveness. Travel up to 50% and participate in ongoing leadership development and inclusion initiatives. This role emphasizes partnership growth, program governance, and revenue targets within a large technology-distribution context (Tech Data/TD SYNNEX).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Proven track record on achieving business and revenue targets
- Experience in managing P&L with focus on driving profitable business
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires
- Frequent travel required (50%)
- Ability to recruit and manage partner programs, onboarding, licensing, and renewals
- Ability to train and enable partners and internal teams
- Strong relationship management with key partner accounts (C-Level, Principals, Stakeholders)
- Experience in driving revenue through partner channels
- Knowledge of vendor tools and internal systems for enablement and support
- Experience in contract renewals and vendor program administration
