Job Summary
Lead an international Accounts Receivable team in Kempten, driving harmonization, digitalization, and automation of processes within the Shared Service Center. Monitor and analyze open items to reduce overdue receivables in coordination with sales, while contributing to global ERP rollouts and finance transformations. Manage month-end and year-end closing for local subsidiaries and oversee KPI improvement initiatives. This role offers a leadership position with opportunities to expand into a global function, supported by flexible working models and mobile work options.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounts Receivable, Credit Management oder Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI oder vergleichbar)
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- erste Führungserfahrung
- Eigeninitiative sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmentalität
