Team Lead, Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable Team Lead at Carvana overseeing day-to-day AP operations across multiple business units, including invoice receipt/processing, check runs, ACH/wire disbursements, and reconciliation. Lead and coach AP Specialists and Sr. Specialists, coordinate with site locations and internal stakeholders, ensure accuracy/timeliness of AP functions, and support month-end close. Key tasks include coding and verification of invoices, vendor/discrepancy resolution, adherence to GL coding standards, data entry accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve processing issues. Requires hands-on AP experience, multi-site communication, proficiency in Oracle/Coupa and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
