Team Lead - Académico/a (CDMX)

Lead the strategy for school retention and satisfaction in CDMX by directing a team of academic consultants and overseeing pedagogical implementation across the region. Design and execute school support routes while managing direct relationships with high-complexity accounts and key clients as the primary expert on the pedagogical proposal. Monitor project health indicators to drive data-based decisions and collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth new implementations. Deliver training sessions to teachers and school directors to inspire methodological change. Requires a background in pedagogy or education with senior leadership experience, local CDMX residency, and full-time availability.
