Job Summary
Team Lead for janitorial crews responsible for overseeing sanitation, safety, and quality across multiple locations. Serves as on-site liaison when the Quality Manager or Site Operations Manager is unavailable, leads nightly cleaning activities, trains staff, monitors attendance, and submits daily operational and incident reports. Requires 1-2 years of lead experience in janitorial/custodial services, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work night shifts and travel to assigned stores, and bilingual ability is a plus. Responsibilities include coaching staff on cleaning techniques, ensuring compliance with safety standards, conducting walkthroughs with store leadership, and maintaining safety equipment and paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- HS degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years of previous lead experience in janitorial or custodial services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
