Job Summary
Organize shift schedules, monitor attendance, and assign duties based on employee skills and role requirements. Supervise team members, manage employee requests and transgressions, and train new and current staff on tasks. Handle customer issues, conflicts, and inquiries while balancing cash drawers and preparing deposits. Greet customers, explain wash services, process payments, and direct vehicles into the express tunnel with proper safety protocols. Perform facility cleaning, conduct vehicle visual inspections, and ensure all safety procedures are followed daily. Full-time or part-time positions available with competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and free car washes.
