Job Summary
Team Lead at Buckeye Express Car Wash, Ontario location, responsible for daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and delivering excellent customer service. Duties include organizing shift schedules, monitoring attendance, assigning duties based on role and skills, supervising employees, training staff, handling customer issues, enforcing company policies and safety standards, balancing cash drawers, and supporting cleaning and maintenance tasks. Must guide teamwork, ensure guest satisfaction, manage tasks with urgency, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering a positive car-wash experience.
