Job Summary
Oversee daily car wash operations as a Team Lead, organizing shift schedules, supervising and training staff, handling customer issues, balancing cash deposits, and ensuring safety/compliance. Role involves managing attendance, assigning duties, guiding employees, and ensuring a clean, efficient facility. Require strong customer service, communication, and supervisory skills, with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends and to perform physical tasks outdoors.
