Job Summary
Team Lead on the 3rd shift responsible for assisting production operations, material processing, scheduling, record keeping and safety within the assigned area. Leads by example, ensures SOPs and GMPs are followed, trains associates, allocates resources to workstations, maintains data flow to management, and collaborates with vendors and managers. May operate equipment to cover for associates, supports continuous improvement, and adheres to company policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in manufacturing; FDA/GMP experience preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and be customer/associate focused. Drug screening is required; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Experience with FDA and GMP regulated industries preferred
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Drug screening per Federal Guidelines
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
