Job Summary
Assign tasks to team members to optimize productivity while monitoring output daily and coaching underperformers. Audit work quality, provide feedback on conduct and attendance, and listen to team concerns to resolve or escalate issues. Maintain high professional standards, promote a safe atmosphere, and assist with documentation, job setups, and paperwork. Complete Warehouse Management System tasks including order printing, research, and end-of-day manifesting and invoicing. Onboard and train new hires, ensuring all members follow core values and work independently under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while under pressure and work in a team environment
- Must be able to provide leadership to team members on various projects
- Strong communication skills, writing and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
- Must be able to lift and carry/move up to 50 lbs
- Must be available to work overtime as required
- Must be willing to submit a background check
- Ability to work legally in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred
- Previous experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred, but not required
- Bilingual for Spanish is preferred
