Team Lead - 2nd shift

Conduct product quality audits, oversee equipment operation, and enforce safety standards including PPE verification and 5S practices. Assign personnel to workstations, ensure training meets production demands, and maintain accurate cell paperwork such as reject and scrap logs. Coordinate team meetings, resolve conflicts, and lead changeovers with engineers to improve output. Assist the quality department on emerging issues and fill in for team members when needed. Requires 5+ years of experience in Paint, Print, Pack departments.
