Job Summary
Directs the activities of Line Operators involved in packing at the facility and assists the Production Supervisor. Supervises all packing activities, coordinates material flow, reviews and submits daily production reports, ensures policy and procedure compliance, supports inventory and sanitation activities, and maintains knowledge of operating systems. Requires HS diploma or GED, 2+ years experience, 15-20 team supervision, MS Office (Excel/Outlook), MfgPro experience, forklift certification, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds with assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years related experience or equivalent
- Supervisory experience of 15-20 team-members
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) with some experience in MfgPro
- Lift and/or move up to 70 pounds with assistance
- Forklift experience on sit-down equipment with prior certification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
