Job Summary
Team Lead for 2nd shift, responsible for assisting cloth room associates and leading efforts to ensure optimal inspection and packing processes. Must monitor inspection and packing to meet customer specifications, identify styles and types of weaves, operate necessary equipment, and follow safety rules. Requires team communication skills, knowledge of fabric quality and defects, and ability to work with supervision. Essential skills include reading, writing, mathematics, problem solving, and interpersonal abilities.
