Team Lead - 2nd shift

Plan and organize workflow, train associates on processes, and assign directing work to meet and exceed customer requirements. Address issues and resolve problems in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager while ensuring compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines. Assure the safety and security of associates and inventory, monitor production standards, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area. Coordinate with other departments on procedures and utilize a continuous improvement mindset to identify process opportunities. Work extended hours on the 2nd shift (Sun-Wed or Thu-Sat) in a new Southaven facility.
