Job Summary
Lead a fabrication team in a production environment, ensuring preventative maintenance is completed, maintaining spare-parts/inventory, and managing downtime/logs. Drive process improvements, cost reductions, and safety metrics; backfill for production duties as needed; coordinate training programs and staff development; operate and troubleshoot automated fabrication tools (CO2 lasers, CNC presses, welding robots, CNC machining centers) and standard welding processes; maintain quality, delivery, and safety metrics; flexible schedule and overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Three years of experience in fabrication manufacturing environment
