Job Summary
Lead the team to attain goals in Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost, Culture, and Environment by providing effective coaching and training to distribution/production team members. Prepare the production floor for daily operations, monitor and adjust output based on inventory and machine downtime, and coordinate staffing to meet customer demand. Observe and maintain standard work processes, update production metrics, and facilitate regular team communications to ensure efficient response to production changes. Manage and prioritize assignments with the supervisor to align annual plans with cascading objectives for the production team.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- 3 years related experience
- Ability to distinguish between colors with or without accommodation
- Unrestricted right to work in the US
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation
- Applicants must be able to work in Ludington, MI without relocation assistance
