Job Summary
Manage shifts in a fast-paced environment by leading and motivating team members, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining smooth store operations. Prepare food, handle cash, and support daily store goals while training and developing new team members. Work at least three times per week with flexible scheduling that excludes Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with full benefits and paid training for full-time employees. This role offers a clear path to advancement into Assistant Manager and General Manager positions within our high-energy franchise.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
