Job Summary
Team Lead at Domino's Team Honey Badger. You’ll run and manage shifts, lead and motivate team members, ensure outstanding customer service, assist with making pizzas and food, handle cash and basic store operations, and train/develop new team members to support daily store goals. Must be at least 18, have a positive customer-focused attitude, strong attendance and punctuality, basic math and cash-handling skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to run a shift at least three times per week. Facial tattoos are not permitted. Compensation starts at $15 per hour with potential increases after training; full benefits and 401(k) for full-time employees; paid training and leadership development; opportunities for advancement.
