Job Summary
Lead the technical leadership and training of the "DSP pDNA" group within Clinical Production to ensure plasmid DNA purification remains GMP-compliant and at the highest quality standard. Execute planning activities, accompany commissioning at the new Köln-Mülheim site, and facilitate process transfer from Bergisch Gladbach. Manage the selection, maintenance, calibration, and qualification of new equipment while coordinating downstream activities from 200-L upstream processes. Safeguard timely and GMP-compliant process execution, support new product introductions, and collaborate closely with production planning, upstream, filling, QC, and QA teams. Develop safety documentation and uphold rigorous quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA/CTA oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium im biowissenschaftlichen Bereich
- mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung
- selbstständig und gewissenhaft arbeiten
- erste fachliche Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Downstream Processing von DNA
- GMP-Bedingungen
- Vertrautheit mit Chromatographie-Anlagen wie HPLC und MPLC
- ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Kenntnis der regulatorischen Anforderungen klinischer Produkte
- Arbeitssicherheit mit technischen Systemen wie MS Office, eQMS, Unicorn und SAP
- Fließendes Deutsch
- Gutes Englisch
