Job Summary
Lead SAP Regional Support Center Americas team in the Mexico City or Sao Paulo area, driving SAP projects implementations (acquisitions) and rollouts following the Global template, supporting operations, and coordinating a team of SAP specialists across the Americas. Collaborate with the SAP central team (Zurich), promote standardized processes and governance, translate business requirements into SAP functionality, manage expectations with stakeholders, and drive initiatives using S/4 HANA, Fiori, and cloud-based technologies. Role requires strong project management, international collaboration, effective communication in English (Spanish advantageous), and 30-40% travel with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of SAP experience in Finance or Supply Chain
- Broad SAP project management experience
- Experience leading teams or as project lead/functional lead in SAP projects
- Readiness to travel 30-40% for projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer sciences, Business Studies or equivalent experience
