Job Summary
Team Head is responsible for driving branch sales teams to meet targets, formulating and directing sales strategies, ensuring loan turn-ins/approvals/bookings, monitoring sales, credit and collection performance, and validating/approving credit recommendations to maintain credit quality.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
- With at least 2 years' experience in handling a team and selling bank products
- Has good people management, selling, training and communication skills
- With adequate credit knowledge, people and leadership abilities
- Preferably can drive a motorcycle
