Job Summary
Team Head responsible for portfolio management of middle market and SME clients, maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers, managing a subset of credit-worthy accounts to influence volume and profitability, driving pursuit of new clients and product enhancements, and overseeing credit and risk management including adherence to bank policies, periodic evaluation of loan facilities against market conditions, and evaluation of credit proposals based on credit quality, cash flow, collateral, and other risk mitigants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years' experience in banking
- at least 3 years in account solicitation and relationship management (commercial and corporate loans)
- above average credit analysis and loan packaging skills
