Job Summary
Drive existing sales teams to meet sales targets; direct implementation of sales strategies; ensure loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings; validate and approve credit recommendations for AOs; develop and implement training and recognition programs; enforce policies to achieve cost efficiencies, service and credit quality; ensure adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and SOPs; provide the Area Head with information on new markets, territories, products and other market/customer information; perform other assigned functions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
- With at least 2 years experience in handling a team and selling bank products.
- Has good people management, selling, training and communication skills.
- With adequate credit knowledge, people and leadership abilities.
