Job Summary
Provide expert-level IT support for Microsoft core business applications and virtual environments including Citrix, VMware. Design, implement, and support modern infrastructure using Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server. Architect and deploy tailored system solutions aligning with each client’s needs; build and support robust disaster recovery; manage WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access such as Azure Virtual Desktop. Deliver consultative services with system assessments, documentation, and strategic recommendations; maintain proactive client communication. Escalation point for complex technical issues; collaborate with a high-performing team; stay current on technologies and trends; use ConnectWise to document work, manage time, and track progress.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years in an MSP environment strongly preferred
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or SonicWall CSSA
- Experience with MSP tools like ConnectWise and Kaseya
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Team-first attitude with a self-driven mindset
