Team Driver, OTR: Operate as a TEAM to transport high-value, time-sensitive freight coast-to-coast using dry van and refrigerated trailers. Must be part of an active, established driving team (solo drivers not considered). Roles include monitoring reefer temperatures, ensuring cargo safety and security, maintaining DOT/FMCSA compliance, performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, keeping accurate logs and delivery paperwork, route planning, communicating with dispatch, and assisting with loading/unloading as needed. Requires Class A CDL, 2+ years of verified experience (3+ preferred), TWIC eligibility, medical certificate, and a strong safety record. Competitive cents-per-mile pay ($0.84–$0.92 split between drivers), benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, daily pay options, and paid orientation.
