Job Summary
Performs station duties across fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru (if applicable); maintains sanitation and cleanliness of all food prep areas; follows all policies and procedures; ensures regular attendance; reports issues to MOD; can move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds; works irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; required to have basic restaurant/retail knowledge, good math/reading skills, effective verbal and written communication, ability to follow directions, and multi-tasking abilities; physical environment involves standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and exposure to heat, cold, and variable temperatures in a restaurant setting.
