Job Summary
Team/Crew Member responsibilities include performing station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) to meet operational standards; complying with company policies; performing regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, sanitizing food areas, cleaning equipment, and grease disposal; ensuring regular attendance; reporting customer or employee complaints to MOD; moving and stocking food weighing up to 50 pounds; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires basic restaurant/retail knowledge, basic math and reading, effective communication, ability to follow directions, multitasking, and standing for long periods in a restaurant environment with exposure to heat, cold storage, and variable temperatures. Time/shift expectations include irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
