Job Summary
Team/Crew Member responsible for performing station duties across fountain, frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru as applicable, ensuring quality products and service. Duties include cleaning and sanitation (trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, sanitizing prep areas, and equipment), adhering to company policies, regular attendance, reporting issues to the MOD, moving/stocking food up to 50 pounds, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; work in a high-temperature restaurant environment with frequent standing and physical activity.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge/Skills: General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Multi-tasking skills
- Work Environment: Standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, lifting in restaurant environment, exposure to heat, cold, etc.
