Job Summary
Team/Crew Member responsible for performing station duties across fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru (if applicable) to meet operational standards. Ensure compliance with all policies and sanitation duties including cleaning, trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, and sanitizing food areas. Maintain regular attendance and report customer or employee issues to the Manager on Duty (MOD). May move and stock up to 50 pounds of food product and perform other duties as assigned. Requires basic math and reading, effective verbal and written communication, ability to follow directions, and multitasking in a high-volume restaurant environment. Time shifts include irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
