Job Summary
Perform station duties across fountain, frozen, dresser, front swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru as assigned to meet operational standards. Maintain sanitation: trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and tools, wiping counters, sanitizing prep areas, cleaning equipment, and grease disposal. Ensure regular attendance. Report customer or employee complaints to MOD. Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires general restaurant/retail knowledge, basic math/reading, effective communication, ability to follow directions, multitasking, and endurance for standing, bending, lifting, and exposure to heat and cold in a restaurant environment.
