Team/Crew Leader

Job Summary
Lead and supervise station duties across fountain/frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, drive-thru (if applicable) and expeditor/food prep, ensuring operational standards are met. Assist with new employee orientation and training; enforce sanitation and cleaning procedures; perform regular duties such as trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, sanitizing food prep areas, and stocking equipment. Conduct shift meetings, report customer or employee complaints to the Manager on Duty, and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Maintain regular attendance with minimum 30 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of moving and stocking food up to 50 pounds.

- Knowledge/Skills: General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
