Job Summary
Team/Crew Leader responsible for performing, leading, and supervising station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) to meet operational standards; assist with new employee orientation and training; maintain sanitation and cleaning duties; ensure regular attendance; lead shift meetings; report customer or employee complaints to MOD; move and stock food product up to 50 pounds; perform other duties as needed. Requires knowledge of general restaurant/retail operations, basic math and reading, effective communication, ability to follow directions, and strong multitasking, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment with standing, bending, and lifting risks. Minimum of 30 hours per week with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
