Job Summary
Team/Crew Leader oversees and performs basic restaurant/retail operations across linked stations (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru when applicable), leads staff, conducts new employee orientation and training, ensures sanitation and safety standards, and participates in shift meetings. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills, with regular attendance and the ability to move and stock food products up to 50 pounds. The position entails irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and reports issues to the MOD.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge/Skills: General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
