Team Coordinator - Mechanical Build (1st shift)

Job Summary
Team Coordinator supports the supervisor to maintain continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks, filling in positions as needed, identifying shortages, and facilitating Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Responsible for communicating needs to Supervisors, Engineers, and Managers, coordinating non-personnel requests, and assisting with workflow improvements. Requires High School diploma or GED, at least 4+ years of experience, and preferred lead experience; may perform additional manufacturing duties as needed. Works in a first-shift, industrial environment with potential travel up to 10% and may operate general hand tools, pneumatic/hydraulic equipment, forklifts, and related machinery. Core focus areas include reducing bottlenecks, learning all positions, directing flow of others, teamwork, and continuous improvement aligned with Vertiv’s principles.
